Laser hair removal to up to 10 years and only 1 treatment?

A little while ago i herd on the radio about laser hair removal that was only one treatment and lasted up to ten years. I didn't catch the name or number and I cannot find it anywhere. Is it real? If so I need help finding it!

I don't believe it to be true because hair grows in cycles. One treatment would damage the follicles of one cycle, but not rid it after only one time. It takes several treatments and generally doesn't last quite 10 years. Laser hair removal can be very expensive, so don't fall for the gimmicks.
